Best slippers ever. Soft, warm and comfy. Seem to be of great quality unlike UGG which I have had. They do need a bit stretching out as I did order a size 8 they do fit a little snug at 1st.

My husband ordered a pair of these for my Xmas present and I love them. They were a tiny bit large, so he ordered me a second pair in a half size smaller. The new pair came quickly but without the inserts, so we returned them and reordered (NOTE: exchange doesn’t appear to be a selection, so they have to be returned for refund then reordered). The new pair arrived BUT are again missing the inserts!!! I don’t see a selection to contact the vendor, so I guess I’ll have to spend extra $$ to get the proper inserts. Otherwise, I really enjoy these slippers.

They are comfy and seem like they’ll break in great – I docked a star because the cuff is folded too low and is stitched down – I had to unpick all the cuff stitching to get the cuff to flip up to keep my ankles warm.

Love these!!! They keep my feet warm and they don’t easily get dirty. I am thrilled with this purchase. I did buy some wool inserts to support my heel/ collapsed arch which worked beautifully (I 100% believe I would have had to do this with any shoe this style).

I have ordered Ugg Women’s slippers for over 10 years. This year I tried Mel & Sid slippers. They were stiff and the sole wasthick like an outdoor boot. I am returning them.

These are warm, easy to get on and off, and the wool is thick enough and provides enough cushion that they’re pretty comfortable even with plantar fasciitis. They are wonderful during the deep winter “polar vortex” periods when the temps go ridiculously low.For all of those considerable advantages, the soles do NOT have good traction and you have to be extremely careful if there’s any snow on the ground. Snow can sometimes provide a bit of traction in regular sneakers but these soles are slippery and can be treacherous even when it’s just snow and no ice. Also, if you’re not used to thick soles, be alert and take care on stairs or uneven terrain. It can take some getting used to.To summarize, these are wonderful when the temperatures plunge and it’s essentially dry outside or if it’s just rain. (They’re wonderful for inside use too; not quite slippers but close enough). Just be careful if there’s snow, as the outsoles get very slippery. I got a pair of these for an elderly family member who struggles to keep warm and she loves them for the warmth, but I warned her to avoid them and just stick with her usual winter boots if there’s any snow on the ground.

This is a “GREAT but:” review. These are exceptionally well made and very warm. They are made out of very high quality shearling and clearly manufactured with care. I carefully measured my feet using the instructions because I wanted these to fit perfectly and they almost do. Everything is snug as they should be new in all areas except the right heel seems a little wide so I get some slippage when I walk. It can’t be because the slipper is too big, my feet fill the slipper and I am at the end where I should be. I am wearing thick wool socks with these so my heel won’t slip. I don’t want to return these at all, I definitely don’t think I can go down a size.I am just disappointed for the price and how well made they are, despite measuring as directed, the heel is slippy. I am actually really bummed out about it. I wanted to wear these without socks and that’s not going to work. I am going to have to go find something to stick in the back of the right slipper so I don’t slide out and hurt myself.The leather color is good. The leather quality and the quality of the shearling is way better than I expected and exactly what I hoped they would turn out to be. The arch supports are very comfortable which was important to me.And having durable leather on the outside rather than the softer suede so many of these little booties have is BRILLIANT. Duh. I want to be able to run out into the snow if I have to after the dogs and these are going to be far more durable than normal Uggs for just such emergencies.All in all these are very well made. I will find a way to make them work. I just hate that I have to.

I’m obsessed with these. They felt like they wouldn’t fit but the back edge is so nice and firm that you can really push your foot in without any worry about bending the back down over time. They’re sooo cozy and warm and comfy. I have a pair of regular Uggs too and I find these to be better quality.
Notes 4 all –
These slippers are awesome. The color (I ordered chestnut) is really pretty and the lining is nice and thick. The soles are also thick, so these could be worn as street shoes. My only complaint, which I’m pretty sure will resolve itself, is that they’re pretty hard to pull on. I had to check the size I ordered just to make sure I wasn’t shipped the wrong size. Yes – they’re the right size. Once these are worn for a while, I’m pretty sure the slippers will stretch out (where you put your foot into it) and they’ll be fine. I gave them only 4 starts because of this problem. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars.

Beautiful slippers! Very well made with top of the line sheepskin and suede. These were exactly what I was looking for. I wear a size 9 consistently. I bought the size 9 and they fit perfectly. They are a little snug to begin with, but have formed to my feet. So happy with my purchase!!

Just got these. Looked big when taken out of the box. The insoles were simple to insert into the slippers. I did size up as recommended for a less snug fit. Once I put them on, I was happy! Fit was perfect for me, my alway cold feet felt comfortable. I’m used to more arch support in my shoes & just having arch support in these were nice. I gave away a different (expensive) pair of sheep skin slippers without the arch support, only worn them for less than a hour.The outsole is sturdy, definitely can use outdoors but these will be my indoor slippers. Love the Light Iak color too.I did notice a slight slipping in the heel when I walk BUT these are slippers. I anticipate enjoying these for years. Tired of cold feet when at home.

I was looking for warm, fur-lined slippers with some arch support that I could also wear outside, that weren’t excessively thick or platform-like. These check most of my boxes – the soles are a bit thick, but what should I expect with a slipper that is actually meant to support my arches while also being outside-friendly? They aren’t so thick that I feel like I’m clopping around in them, so I’m happy.These slippers are really, really warm and comfy, and even though I’ve got slightly puffy feet, I can slide into them without need to sit down and wedge my foot in like Cinderella’s stepsister.Fit nicely with room for thick socks, though wearing without socks, they still fit well.Suede and sheep wool are good quality. I think they’re worth the price, especially since the short and thicker soles seem to be helping my hip and foot pain. They’re not a good as plater fasciitus-specific shoes, but they are a step up from my soft-but-flat UGG moccasins.
