Refund

Yes. We recommend trying them on a clean indoor surface first. If they don’t fit, please keep the product in its original, brand-new condition with all packaging intact to apply for a return or exchange.

Once we receive and verify that the returned item meets our policy, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Yes. MelSyd provides a 6-month quality guarantee covering our craftsmanship, including the 30mm arch support structure. If there is any non-human-induced manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement.

Delivery

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

If the order has not been shipped, please contact info_support@melsyd.com immediately. Once the order is in transit, the address cannot be changed.

Shipping & Returns

We strongly recommend the “Millimeter Method”: stand barefoot against a wall, mark and measure the distance to your longest toe. If you are between sizes or have wide feet/high insteps, please follow our “Size Up” advice.

No. To ensure all customers receive new products, returns are only accepted for items in unused condition with original tags. Items worn outdoors cannot be resold and are not eligible for return.

Return shipping due to quality issues will be covered by MelSyd.

For the first exchange caused by incorrect size selection, return and reshipment fees are generally covered by MelSyd.
