Return & Exchange Policy

At MelSyd, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our arch-support sheepskin boots. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your stride, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (New and unworn).

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Free from any signs of wear, stains, or odors.

3. Return Shipping & Address

For the convenience of our US customers, all returns are processed through our local logistics hub.

  • Return Shipping Cost: * Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item), MelSyd will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

    • Personal Preference: For returns due to change of mind or incorrect size choice, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability). If you need an exchange, please contact us at info_support@melsyd.com. Once we receive your original pair at our Houston warehouse, we will ship out the replacement.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our Houston team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: We believe in fair service; therefore, we charge $0 restocking fees.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following the policy above.

7. Our 6-Month Quality Guarantee

At MelSyd, we take pride in the durability of our arch-support boots. We provide a 6-Month Worry-Free Warranty from the date of purchase:

  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including sole separation (de-gluing), outsole cracking, or upper leather fractures (non-human factors).

  • Our Commitment: If a covered defect occurs within 6 months, we will provide a Free Replacement with a brand-new pair.

  • Zero Cost to You: MelSyd will cover all costs, including the return shipping of the defective pair and the shipping of your new replacement boots.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents (e.g., pet damage), or unauthorized modifications.
