Good looking but size up

Eagerly waited weeks for these to arrive and they’re finally here! They look similar to the Ugg Women’s Tazz slippers but these have a slightly smaller platform (which I prefer). They run a little narrow but I’m hoping that they’ll stretch out a bit overtime. I sized half a size up and I’m so glad I did.There’s a bright orange tab at the back of the shoe. Personally I don’t love the look BUT it is super functional and makes it easy to pull the slipper on.Overall, super warm, comfy, and cozy but a bit steep in price for me.

These slippers are definitely authentic Australian sheepskin with real shearling wool inside. They are very warm and cozy. However, they have very little cushioning on the actual footbed and the rubber bottom is inflexible which can make it hard to walk and I do not feel that they warrant a $60 price tag for this reason. I would not order these again for this reason. A slipper should be softer and more flexible and definitely should supply ample foam padding.

These slippers are very well made. They have a thick sole and so are soft to wear, which is awesome! However, they do run small. I imagine, over time, the fuzzy insides will matt down and they will get roomier, but I would size up next time! Very nice looking!

I purchased my usual size, and while my foot fit, I had to sit down to pull them on due to the slight lip at the back. However, I believe they’ll stretch out over time, so sizing up may not be necessary unless you have very sensitive feet.Overall, these are high-quality, attractive, and wonderfully cozy slippers. Despite the initial snugness, I’m very happy with them and highly recommend them!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE!!!PLEASE Mel & Syd create these in black with stitch and black soles and also charcoal grey with charcoal grey soles with stitch!!!!9.5 is my size and they fit perfectly! Yes, a bit tight at first, but use a shoe horn! They start to form and stretch just right! They are so soft, so comfortable!! I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis throughout my body including my feet! Now you all know why I would like more colors of this particular Mel & Syd!

These are very comfortable and feel great. Quality is good. The only negative is that in comparison to typical sizing, these seem to be slightly on the small side. Not by much, but if you find yourself in the .5 (like 7.5) then absolutely go to the larger size (8). Other than that, nothing at all to complain about.

Update: seller reached out and took care of replacement pair that arrived the next day! Great service. Slippers are so comfy and fit is perfect (I sized up 1/2).Had these slippers just 1week – really loved them, fit was great, comfortable and snuggly but stitching is already coming apart.

I researched and searched for shearling slippers when I came across these. I love everything about them! I wear a size 8-8.5 so I ordered the 8. They were snug but wore them around the house hoping they would stretch. Finally after a day of wearing them, I bought the size 9 bc I wanted the option of wearing socks and worried even the 8.5 wouldn’t give me the room needed. It turns out the 9 is exactly the right size. They are beyond comfortable and are of excellent quality. The chestnut color is beautiful and warm. I love the stitching around the slipper and the loop in the back is so helpful for putting them on. I believe these slippers will outlast all the others. After returning the 8, I went ahead and bought the platform in Olive in a size 9. Buy them now bc the price is unbelievable! I will never buy from another company again! Enjoy and Merry Christmas!

I am a huge fan of Ugg slippers but not a big fan of how the Uggs in the United States no longer have the same quality (or affiliation) with the OG ones made in Australia. I saw so many ‘dupes’ online during the holidays but was never satisfied with the quality until I found these! What sold me was authentic Sheepskin inside the entire slipper! Your entire foot is surrounded by super plush, cozy Australian sheepskin. I ordered a few different styles and sizes to try. I really loved the look of the platforms (like the Uggs version). Order your normal size! Don’t be discouraged if it feels a tad small or tight. I looked into their website further and saw they mentioned multiple times that if you feel they are a big snug that means they are the right size and to give a little time for the sheepskin inside to mold and form around your foot. I can say with 100% certainty that is exactly what happens and they felt perfect for me after wearing for less than an hour. I am glad I did not exchange them for a larger size.They feel really good on my feet and are more than slippers or house shoes. I wear them all the time to take my dog out or on walks. I even wear them to run errands. I normally wear orthotics in my normal shoes a these do not bother or create any pain in my toes that I normally experience.The olive color is my favorite. It doesn’t look like a true olive or green but like that it looks different than the light tan or brownish color.They are also completely waterproof!They are more durable than the U.S. UGGs with much higher quality fabrics and materials AND they are a fraction of the price. I will never buy UGGs again now that I’ve found MelSyd!
