- 10-Day Risk-Free Return: Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Resalable Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), or missing components that affect resale value.
2、Exchanges & Sizing Guarantee
- Free Exchange for Sizing: Recognizing the diversity of foot shapes (Length/Width ratio), we offer Free Exchanges within the U.S. if the initial size is not a perfect fit. Please initiate this request within 10 days of delivery.
- 6-Month Quality Warranty: We stand by our craftsmanship. You may request an exchange for manufacturing defects within 180 days of delivery.
